All units of Moses Audio are made in batches. If they are not available to buy on the site, it simply means there are none available until the next batch is ready. Please be patient and wait for the next release. I'd advise to monitor by signing up to the sites mailing list or via Facebook.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do ship worldwide! The fastest & safest tracked shipping services will be provided.

I tend to ship units within 5 working days where you will then receive the relative tracking info via email.

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

WHAT ARE YOUR AVERAGE BUILD TIMES?

There are no specific build times as all units will be sold in batches. Once the batch has sold out they will not be available again until a full batch is ready again. If there are any queries or you need a product within a specific time frame, please contact me here.

 

CAN I GET A CUSTOM UNIT?

At the moment, no. I'd like to stick to building my current product line.

If you are SERIOUS about a custom unit, then feel free to enquire.

REFUND POLICY

There are strictly NO REFUNDS on deposits. A refund can be issued for any other payment or circumstance.

There are no refunds on custom units.

By paying a deposit, you have therefore agreed to the Terms & Conditions of Moses Audio.

WARRANTY

Moses Audio warrants your product(s) to be free from defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, and agrees to sort any defect identified within the one year period by, at our option, repairing, or replacing the product.
